How do life coaching sessions work?

Life Coaching sessions are highly individualized and based on goals you would like to achieve. Meetings take place during mutually-agreed upon coaching sessions, which may be conducted face-to-face, by telephone, or by secure email. 
As part of the coaching process, you may email me between sessions to ask questions, receive feedback on problems and concerns you may be experiencing, or to update me on your progress and accomplishments.

Fees for Coaching Services
Initial Coaching Assessment - $175 
Individual Coaching Session (50 - 60 min) - $125
