Where is your office located? 

Palmetto Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC is located on 454 S. Anderson Road, which is directly across from York Technical College and right beside ArrowPointe Federal Credit Union. Our practice is located in Suite #115 of the Business Technology Center (BTC), which is considered one of the premier office locations in Rock Hill, SC


The BTC is conveniently located one mile from Interstate I-77, approximately 25 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport via I-77, and has many good restaurants and shopping nearby. BTC is a secure building which includes key card access and video surveillance, 475 free-parking spaces available, handicap accessibility, food vending area, and clean restroom facilities. 


Sessions at Palmetto Counseling are conducted in a highly supportive, confidential, and professional setting. The environment is quiet and relaxed so that clients may focus on their presenting problems free from distractions and feel comfortable working on their identified needs and issues.    



Can a Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Professional Counselor prescribe medication? 
No. However, we may recommend that you receive a medication evaluation from your doctor / psychiatrist / or primary care physician. There are certain mental health conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions that are better treated with counseling and medication therapy, than just counseling alone.
